More kitten than Tiger!!!

Ok the recent Bolt Action game did nothing but disappoint me. The dice gods seen it fit to really go against me on Sunday. Not only were my casualties high due to being assaulted by a lesser squad and having to surrender that squad with more men because the lost 2 more casualties, i also had to deal with a bazooka taking out my Tiger. YES A BLOODY BAZOOKA!!!!

Now don''t get me wrong my Tiger was performing horribly with it hits doing nothing to destroy one of the two Shermans it was facing but seeing a bazooka take it out is just not on. The Survivors if any are certainly getting sent to the Eastern front after this.

It was still enjoyable to play the game and it's allowing us and the other guys at the club to start thinking up some house rules for the game as well. We will need to discuss these a little more but we had some good ideas.

    Yea, I have a friend playing US saying he is going to flank a bazooka team both sides of the table to screw my tanks over. I plan to have a nice smile in place when I set Ambush and pop that damm bazooka team with a sniper or a squad standing near it to guard it.

    Looks like a bit of bad luck but a Tiger is very expensive and the loss is hard felt. I could only justify one in a large game not at 1k.

      I felt like crying when it went up. I had a squad to support them but with the pin markers i kept failing the order tests. Just a really bad day for me.

      I'll send you a t-shirt, I've had some bad runs with my FJ also...granted many of the losses was not by much but still.

    Might have been a jeep with the Bazooka upgrade. Great looking table and game. The Tiger looks awesome.

      Well we have read the rules again and it seems i was the victim of some foul play haha. A bazooka can't blow up a Tiger. It can set it on fire but not blow it up.
